Frome Town Council is looking for volunteer noticeboard ambassadors to help local people stay informed about what’s happening in and around Frome.
A dedicated team maintains the town’s 27 noticeboards, refreshing the display of posters and flyers supplied by local community groups, individuals, and businesses, as well as posters for town council events.
Cllr Mark Dorrington said, “Our noticeboard ambassadors do a great job spreading the word about local activities, groups, and events. Most people look after boards near where they live or on a route they use regularly, so it doesn’t have to be a big-time commitment. All you need is a bit of spare time and a willingness to get involved and help provide a brilliant and valued service for our community.”
